The only personal information we collect through this website is what you choose to submit via our enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation (optional), approximate user/seat count, and your message.
Enquiry submissions are delivered to our mailbox via Web3Forms (a form-processing service) so we can respond to you. We use your details solely to handle your enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your information to third parties.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to serve and secure the site. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and this site does not set cookies of its own.
Enquiries are retained in our email system for as long as needed to handle your matter and meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern, please contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
